Dr. iur. Britta Pfister has dedicated her career to advising and supporting multi-generational, international families, their businesses and Family Offices, in, amongst others, Latin America (Mexico and Venezuela), Europe (France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland and the UK) and Asia (Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malysia and Singapore).
Her extensive experience includes serving as an International Tax Advisor at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Global Head of Wealth Planning and Managing Director at Rothschild Wealth Planning and Trust in both Zurich and Singapore, and as a Senior Strategist for one of the world’s most prestigious single-Family Offices during a key transformation phase.
Now, Pfister leverages her deep expertise as a strategist, advisor, and mentor, working closely with families and their Family Offices to develop, implement, and review bespoke, multi-generational wealth planning strategies. She is part of a platform of international experts in areas adjacent to family governance, a partner in a multi-Family Office and works closely with a large global network of legal and financial advisors. Her focus is on ensuring that families are equipped to manage complex financial, governance, and legacy challenges across generations.
Pfister is a Distinguished Fellow of INSEAD, under INSEAD’s Global Private Equity Initiative, as well as a frequent lecturer at international conferences and author of various published articles. Fluent in English, German, French, and Spanish, and based in London, she works with families around the world, delivering tailored solutions designed to ensure lasting family harmony and success.
